Founded in 2014, Passion4Food is a family business based in Norway. Passion4Food became throughout the years an internationally recognised company providing various services mainly to pet food producers, but also to many food and feed industries, from ingredient processing to product development. Our success is built upon our deep knowledge of pet food, and aquaculture feed products and our long experience in ingredients processing. We always aim at delivering the best services to our customers and partners, via a thorough analysis of their business targets and the delivery of a tailored product solution. In Norway, we also work with the distribution of PerkinElmer instruments, we are using some of the instruments in our lab for the development of the ingredients, pet and aqua products. Our lab is also licenced for Microtracer, which involves services related to the optimisation of mixing processes, ranging from correct sampling methods to the validation of mixing quality and the determination of the carry-over level.

Damir Tesla CEO & Process Technology Damir is responsible for managing our business activities and projects within process development. His core expertise is within aqua, dry pet food and texturisation of plant proteins. Damir is a father of two and is passionate about cooking, sports and oenology. Damir is a pet parent to a corgi Leon!

Milka Kosanovic Tesla Formulation and Product development Milka is responsible for developing pet food and aqua formulations and creating innovative product solutions. Milka is a mother of two, passionate about nutrition, technology and pets! Milka is a pet parent to a corgi named Leon!

Julia Løining Administation and Event manager Julia is responsible for running daily administration tasks in Passion4food and managing and organising Nordic Pet Food Conference. Julia is a passionate Flamenco dancer, mother of two and pet parent to a cat named Tigerpus!
